He holds dual degrees in Marketing and Journalism from Duquesne University, and has completed a graduate conceptual development program from the School of Visual Arts in New York, NY.</div>

Based in Baltimore, he oversees all marketing and communications functions and strategic initiatives for MLA offices in four countries. He manages a team of marketing professionals that is structured to drive results through an integrated and interactive approach. Erik has fifteen years of marketing and communications experience, representing companies on a regional and national scale.</p>
<p>Prior to joining MLA, Erik was the Marketing &amp; Communications Manager at Allegis Group Services (AGS), a sister company of MLA. Here he worked with a small team to develop and present the company’s brand to target audiences through various B2B channels including print, events, PR, email, social, web and sales proposal management.</p>
<p>Before joining AGS, Erik served as a Marketing Officer at Provident Bank, a large regional bank headquartered in Baltimore, where he acted as the main creative resource and brand manager for product managers, sales divisions and other marketing personnel. Here he honed his expertise in taking a product to market through developing and implementing fully-integrated B2C marketing plans.</p>
