Franci Hirsch brings nearly 20 years of experience leading frontline sales, sales enablement, and sales development teams. As the Vice President of Global Sales Enablement at Cvent, she is responsible for elevating the sales role and driving overall impact through the strategic expansion of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) function, learning and development programs, and sales excellence initiatives. Prior to Cvent Franci served as a Sales Senior Director at CEB (now Gartner) for 11 years where she managed an enterprise sales division and successfully led SDR training efforts.
