Senior Manager of Digital and Social Strategy, UnidosUS
As the Senior Manager of Digital and Social Strategy at UnidosUS (formerly known as NCLR), the nation’s largest Latino civil rights and advocacy organization, Jocelyn is responsible for the organization’s social media and digital strategy. She focuses digital communications on the organization’s main issue areas – education, economy, health, immigration, and workforce development – as well as additional pressing issues for the community. Through her work, she engages with varied audiences including partners, allies, supporters, influencers, media and the Latino community at large. She has more than 10 years’ experience in digital public relations and advertising campaign management, strategic partner development, analytics and social listening.
Prior to UnidosUS, she worked at Golin, a global public relations firm, helping create and manage national communications campaigns for consumer and healthcare brands, including McDonald’s, Walmart, Unilever, Corona Extra and Modelo Especial.
Jocelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations, along with a bachelor’s in international studies with a focus on Latin America, both from Loyola University in Chicago.
