Rachel is a digital communications leader with 14+ years of experience in social media and paid digital advertising, media planning and buying, public relations, influencer communications and global brand marketing. At ROKK Solutions, Rachel oversees and leads the firm’s digital practice and capabilities, working with client teams to develop, implement and measure digital strategies including paid social media, search, native, display, audio, video, direct to publisher, coalition education and advocacy, influencer, measurement and mobile campaigns.
Prior to joining ROKK Solutions, Winer built and led the Digital Paid Media team at a top five global communications consultancy, Ketchum, where she managed hundreds of award winning digital-first campaigns in a variety of industries. Examples of her work include a focus on niche campaigns that intersect with public affairs industry communications for large corporations such as Adapt Pharma, Anthem, Beazley, Deloitte, Canon Medical Systems USA, Clorox, Consumer Technology Association, eBay, Entertainment Software Association, Glass Packaging Institute, H&R Block, KPMG, Mastercard, National Chicken Council, National Safety Council, Project Management Institute, Porsche, Target, The Hershey Company, and many many more. Rachel additionally has experience targeting digital advertising and advocacy efforts to similar Beltway audiences such as key members of the Administration and Congress, and member stakeholders and has also worked to promote reputable clients such as: AARP Member Benefits, Freddie Mac, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Toshiba. Rachel also managed the national social media for the Department of Interior’s U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, as well as many nonprofits and local business organizations.
