Russell Hayer is a creative leader with over 20 years of experience helping brands and organizations connect in meaningful ways through evocative content, thoughtfully crafted branding, insightful campaigns, and digital experiences. His portfolio includes work across the technology, media, international, health, consumer, and corporate sectors and features clients such as Elvie, the Washington Post, Peace Corps, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Pew, The World Bank, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Prior to joining FMG, Russell spent over 10 years with advertising, marketing, and public relations agency, Ogilvy, developing and leading a multi-disciplinary creative team to deliver category-defining work for consumer, corporate and federal clients. He has also served as Creative and Art Director at Viacom and RTL, leading communications across all media, executing numerous award-winning campaigns, and creating identities for some of the most visible broadcast brands in the world, including MTV, VH1, and Comedy Central. In recent years Russell helped found a globally recognized technology company, Elive, that’s transforming the way technology is designed for women, creating products that break taboos and make a real difference in people’s lives.
