WHERE AND WHEN WILL MID-ATLANTIC MARCOM SUMMIT (former Mid-Atlantic Marketing Summit) BE HELD?

The summit will be held in Tysons, VA at Capital One Hall on November 2, 2023. It will be held along with ADWKDC.

WHO IS ORGANIZING THE SUMMIT?

Mid-Atlantic MarCom Summit is produced by two of the leading technology conference producers and media companies in Washington DC: Capitol Communicator and Tech Wire Media. Together both publications have created hundreds of conferences and events, and bring together thousands of attendees to their events every year.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY IF I PURCHASE A CONFERENCE TICKET, BUT AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

If after purchasing your ticket you are unable to attend the event you may use your ticket to attend another Capitol Communicator or Potomac Tech Wire conference taking place within one year of the event to which your ticket applied, provided that a ticket to the conference you wish to transfer to is of equal of lesser price than the price paid for your ticket. In the event the ticket price for the conference you wish to transfer to is higher than the price you paid for your ticket you will have to pay the difference between the two price points to transfer your ticket. For the avoidance of doubt, no credit will be provided in the event you transfer your ticket to an event with a ticket price lower than that which you paid for your ticket. No refunds will be issued.

PARKING

There is a special daily rate of $15 if you park at the Capital One Hall parking lot, which is located around the corner from the main entrance of Capital One Hall. The entrance to this lot reads “Hotel & Event Parking.” Once in the parking lot, you must go outside to enter Capital One Hall — there is no access to the Hall from the parking lot.
